Fitness Orientation


Fitness Orientation Program
:
A fitness orientation is a scheduled 60 min. appointment with a fitness consultant that will take you through a complete circuit workout. Fitness Orientations are FREE to students and members of the RWC.

If you are unfamiliar with the machines and equipment or feel uncomfortable with the weight floor, the fitness consultants will help you set them up and teach you how to properly use the equipment. This in return will make you feel more comfortable on the floor and be able to use the machines without hurting yourself getting an effective workout.

Available Times:
Monday: 11:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Thursday: 10:00 - 4:00pm
Friday: 11:00pm - 5:00pm
