Adam Gault

EDUCATION: Junior majoring in Sports and Fitness with a minor in Business

INTERESTS: Weight training, tennis, soccer, all aspects of fitness

SPECIALIZATIONS: Weight loss, bodybuilding, toning, strength training

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY:  Fitness is a way of life and my job as a trainer is to provide my clients wit the tools to change their lifestyle for the better.  Through putting forth good effort and unwavering dedication anyone can achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

EDUCATION: Majoring in Business Administration, minor in Psychology

SPECIALIZATIONS: Sport-specific training, bodybuilding, weight loss

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: Getting in shape is one of the best investments you can make.

CERTIFICATIONS: American Council on Exercise (ACE)

EDUCATION: 2007 – Bachelor of Science (Integrative health sciences) from Stetson University; 2007 to Present – Masters of Sports and Fitness from the University of Central Florida  

INTERESTS: Bodybuilding, nutrition, athletics, fishing, video games

SPECIALIZATIONS: Bodybuilding, functional training, strength training, power training, core stability    

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: Exercise is not just for now but for the future as well.  Do not be so shortsighted as to focus only on the immediate and aesthetic benefits of exercise but know that you are also building a foundation for the future.  Keep in mind that your goals will not be achieved overnight so do not become discouraged.  My goal is to the instill wisdom that I have gathered in those that I train so that they can achieve holistic health.    

 

Matt Horton

EDUCATION: Junior majoring in Health Services Administration and looking into a minor in Business Management          

INTERESTS: Weight training, cross country biking, and overall fitness  

SPECIALIZATIONS: Prior experience in multiple areas of dance, fat loss, strength training, endurance and circuit training.  

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: “There is no day like today to start doing what you have always wanted to do.”

EDUCATION: Sports and Fitness Major

INTERESTS: Volleyball, rock climbing, mountain biking

SPECIALIZATIONS: Functional training, core training, weight loss, sport specific

TRAINING PHILOSOPHY: Everyone should CELEBRATE lifelong fitness and healthy habits in order to add life to our years rather that just add years to our lives. My style of training is based on integrating the best of each training modality in order to improve joint function, muscle tone, balance, coordination, burn more calories, flexibility, strength, posture, and most importantly, to prevent injuries.
