Fitness Floor
The Recreation and Wellness Center has a 12,000 square foot weight floor with 100 weight machines including: Cyber, Free Motion, Hammer Strength, and Life Fitness; 18,000 pounds of free weights including: dumb bells, preset barbells, benches, and selectorized upper/lower body machines, eight Concept II rowers.
